By accessing or using cruisent.online (the “Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions of Use (“Agreement”), including policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use or access the Site.
1. DEFINITIONS

- Provider: Third‑party service providers, including cruise lines, transportation, hotels and excursion partners.
- Services: Travel-related offerings made available via Cruisent.com directly or through Providers.
2. LEGAL NOTICES
All Site Materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Use of any trademarks, service marks, or content is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission from Cruisent.com or the relevant Provider
3. PERMITTED USE
The Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and not misuse the Site. The Company may revoke your access at any time for violations
4. USE RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
- impersonate others,
- copy, reproduce, republish or distribute Site Materials,
- use automated tools to scrape or monitor the Site,
- frame or mirror the Site without prior approval,
- bypass security features or load the Site excessively
5. PRIVACY
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. By using the Site, you consent to our data practices. If you opt out of certain communications, these Terms and notices still apply
6. FEES, PRICING & CURRENCY
- Cruisent.com may charge non-refundable service fees for booking services.
- All pricing is subject to change until confirmed, and taxes, duties or fees may be separate or higher than displayed
- Currency conversions are estimates and actual charges may vary.
7. THIRD‑PARTY PROVIDERS & LINKS
Links to Provider websites are for convenience only. Cruisent.com does not control or endorse these external sites and assumes no liability for content, availability or policies of suppliers
8. DISCLAIMERS & WARRANTY
The Site and Services are provided “as‑is” and “as‑available”. Cruisent.com and Providers disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, accuracy or continuity of the service
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Cruisent.com nor its Providers shall be liable for any damages arising from use of the Site or Services. Where liability is not disallowed, it is limited to a maximum of USD 250 per booking or user
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend and indemnify Cruisent.com, its affiliates, officers, and providers from any claims or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law or rights of any third party Cruise Booking.
11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Cruisent.com is registered (e.g. State of Florida, U.S.). Disputes may be resolved via arbitration in the designated location, and venue for litigation shall be limited accordingly
12. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation and refund terms follow Provider rules. Examples of typical tiers (based on CruiseBooking.com references):
- ≥ 90 days before sailing: 15% cancellation fee
- 89–57 days: 25%
- 56–30 days: 50%
- 29–15 days: 75%
- ≤ 14 days: 100% (no refund)
Refunds may exclude non-refundable deposits and service fees. Requests must be made within specified periods per cruise line policy; no refunds for no-shows or cancellations after embarkation begins CruiseHelp+1All Things Cruise+1.
13. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
You are solely responsible for obtaining and verifying all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, vaccination certificates). Cruisent.com assumes no liability for denied boarding or delays due to documentation issues
14. FORCE MAJEURE & ITINERARY CHANGES
Cruise lines or Providers may modify itineraries, change ports or cancel sailings due to weather, mechanical issues or unpredictable events. Cruisent.com is not liable for such changes and compensation is subject to Provider rules Cruise Booking.
15. MISCELLANEOUS
- Cruisent.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; changes take effect when posted.
- Headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Communications from Cruisent.com (e.g., via email) are deemed delivered when sent.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede any prior agreements or representations
